Summary:To answer and direct incoming calls; to assist staff with various clerical duties, and provide general administrative support for the Salt Lake City office.General Job Duties:
Answer and route incoming calls.
Sort and distribute mail and correspondence.
Handle shipping requests.
Order office supplies.
Handle facilities requests (e.g. office repairs, keys, etc.).
Compose letters and complete photocopying request.
Maintain filing systems.
Assist managers with time reporting efforts for non-exempt and hourly employees to comply with both government reporting and IHS requirements.
Work on various assigned projects and performs other clerical duties as assigned by Supervisor.Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma
1-2 years experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant highly desirable.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Lotus Notes.
Attendance is critical - must be dependable, punctual.
Experience working with phone systems.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism in addressing incoming callers and walk-in clients.Organizational Relationships
