SalesMarketing Assistant (WC) General Summary Provides administrative support to sales and marketing staff. Prepares analysis and market reports for sales and marketing staff and management. Primary Responsibilities Prepares market analyses evaluating new market potential. Produces reports that include: weekly mgmt report and flash figures, monthly budget analysis, monthly sales activity reports, and tracking and storing monthly systems production reports. Analyzes market information and prepares reports and rate analysis for management and the sales staff. Provides assistance to the sales and marketing staff, when necessary, with any phase of their sales and marketing efforts. May assist with enrollment meetings and benefit fairs, and the installation and renewal process for new and existing accounts. Job Specifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong customer service skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management internal/external. State licensure preferred. Initiative and analytical ability to research and prepare reports. Word-processing speed of 55-65 wpm when appropriate. Proficient with software used by the department.
