Job Summary:
Billing & collection of Central Billed Accounts
Essential Job Functions:
1. Billing and collection of Central Billed Accounts:
• Produces specialized weekly/monthly statements for Central Billed Accounts. Verifies accuracy of invoices.
• Prepares separate statements or integrates subcontractor’s invoices with G&K statements.
• Researches billing discrepancies with customers and G&K field locations.
• Monitors and acts on individual customer requirements for special reports.
• Makes collection calls to customers and documents conversation notes in database.
2. Payments:
• Applies payments to appropriate accounts on IMPAC system
• Monitors and documents payments made to subcontractors.
• Makes appropriate General Ledger adjustments.
3. Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Requirement:
High school diploma, or equivalent, plus a two year accounting degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience Requirement:
• Working knowledge of General Ledger transaction codes
• Experience with MS Excel and Word

• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
