Qualification Requirements Ten (10) years of progressive experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex solutions for business applications in technologies such as J2EE, Oracle, SOA. Experience in migrating legacy applications (MS Access, VB, Ms Excel) into SOA Web based (J2EE, Oracle) applications including data migration. Pension/Insurance industry in Federal market is must. BS degree in a technical discipline is mandatory. Experience in Agile methodology is a plus. Experience in using Primavera is a plus. ITIL Foundation is plus.
Technical Requirements: Knowledgeof MS Office 2007, Oracle Database 10g, J2EE, JAVA, Unix, SQL and PL/SQL., SOA, ITIL
