WHAT DOES A Support Service Specialist DO? Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM) provides a full range of facilities management, Logistical services, and Real Estate Portfolio Management to the employees of the IRS. With a budget of almost $1 billion, REFM manages 30 million square feet of commercial and federal office space for approximately 100,000 IRS employees throughout the United States. These employees depend on REFM to provide a quality work environment. WHAT IS THE (BUSINESS UNIT) DIVISION?
