The Service Center Representative maximizes the value of HR Services and Operations by conducting research and resolution on complex program and policy inquiries, providing tactical project support for HR activities and services, and eliminating personnel issues for former and active Coca-Cola associates, HR Generalists, and People Managers. The Service Center Representative responds to vendor and external requests on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company and Human Resources division by answering questions related to Benefit Programs, Payroll Services, and Retirement Plans, general HR related issues as well as Company Policies and Procedures. Work is performed in a call center environment and inquiries are received via phone, email, and fax and in writing from employees, managers, HR professionals, vendor/supplier, supervisors, etc. Native Spanish speaking language required. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Function Specific Activities:Educate managers and employees on HR policies, plans, programs,practices, processes, and tools (e.g., compensation, benefits,development projects, EEO) to ensure knowledge transfer, enhancedorganizational capability related to the management and development ofpeople, and consistent delivery.Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and value of servicedelivered meets KO standards and implement changes as needed.Respond to questions pertaining to benefit plans, compensationprogram, and stock option policies and procedures (e.g., taxation ofoptions) for global HR partners, vendors, and associates.Build the capability of HR Partners to deliver support to theirclients related to the delivery of HR programs and services.Maintain, troubleshoot, and suggest system-programming changes to HRsystems (e.g., EDR, CAPS, SAP, stock, BW) to ensure effectiveelectronic data storage, processing, and reporting.Assist employees in resolving issues related to employee relations,asset protection, and/or code of business.Enter and audit transactions and resolve errors in HR systems (e.g.,SAP, stock, POP, BW) to ensure accurate data.Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of HR plans, programs,processes, and tools (e.g., benefit plans and programs, compensation,health management) utilizing relevant measurement and feedbackmechanisms and make necessary modifications.Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceRelated Work Experience:At least 2 yearsCore Competencies:Drives Innovative Business Improvements: Develops new insights into solutionsthat result in organizational improvements; promotes a work environment thatfosters creative thinking, innovation and rational risk-taking.Balances Immediate and Long-Term Priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectiveswhile considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the abilityto achieve long-term goals.Delivers Results: Focuses on the critical few objectives that add the mostvalue and channels own and others' energy to consistently deliver results thatmeet or exceed expectations.Imports and Exports Good Ideas: Relentlessly seeks, shares and adopts ideasand best practices in and outside the Company and embraces change introduced byothers.Develops and Inspires Others: Builds and maintains relationships thatmotivate, guide, and/or reinforce the performance of others toward goalaccomplishments.
