Schedule: 
1. Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 2:00PM
2. Monday - Friday 2:00 - 7:00PM

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM for the first 6 weeks

You as a Customer Service Representative III will:
- Provide world-class service and deliver on National City's Brand Promise to our customers
- Provide a variety of services to National City customers and employees across multiple market/pricing areas.

Primary duties include answering customer/employee calls and resolving inquiries and issues regarding the full array of Consumer Loan Services' products and services. The Rep. contributes to the department's overall goals for service quality and operational excellence. The Rep. identifies opportunities for cross-selling and has 2-3 years of related experience. The Rep. must also be able to work flexible schedules in line with business requirements. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills required.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Two - three years of related experience (Call Center, collections, telemarketing, etc.)
- Banking experience preferred
