Maine Aviation is a growing, fast-paced general aviation company. We are looking for a part-time front desk clerk to join our aviation team.
This is an excellent position for someone who is interested in learning more about aviation! It is also perfect for high school students and others looking for a small part time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will bemature, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work with limited supervision, pleasant telephone manner, ability to work on various projects as needed.
Duties include:
Managing telephone switchboard, forwarding messages
Dispatching and scheduling flight school studentsrenters
Creating invoices and receipts for flights
Maintaining customer records
This is a part time position requiring a full day (8am - 5pm) every Saturday. Due to upcoming expansion, there will be opportunities for additional hours.
