Service Supervisor

 Overview:

 Service Supervisor provide additional support to our executive and associate staff by reinforcing customer service standards and providing additional support on the selling floor. As a service supervisor you will be responsible for being a business partner, a leader, and a proactive problem solver.

 Key Accountabilities:

 As a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for- 
 

Providing additional supervision to support extended store hours
 

Maximize sales through direct participation in movement of staff
 

Reinforce customer service objectives 
 

Resolve customer problems
 

Assist associates with training and compliance issues
 

Ensure emergency situations are addressed promptly with associate and customer safety foremost
 

Create Goodwill
 

 Skills Summary:

 To be a successful Service Supervisor it is imperative that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and most importantly LOVE working with people. Service Supervisors must have the ability to work on multiple projects while simultaneously motivating and leading others and making decisive and urgent decisions when necessary.
