Web Developer - HP Certified Professionals Location: Eagan, MN HP OpenView or Peregrine Service Center 6.x (HP Service Manager 7.x- Preferred) o Use Service Manager 7.x to manage interactions, incidents, configuration items, operators, environments, profiles, roles and contacts o Customize and configure the Service Manager tool using administrative tools o Define data relationships, automated process calculations, and validations within Service Manager o Apply ITIL-based Configuration, Incident, Problem and Change processes to Service Manager o Use and administer the interfaces of Service Manager o Manage Service Manager and Service Manager users using administrative tools o Configure the Service Manager technical environment o Create implementation-specific options, forms, menus, scripts, processes, data relations, incident and request workflows, and notifications Experience o 1-3 yrs ServiceCenter Experience (Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration modules) o 1+ yrs tailoring a ServiceCenter 6.x environment o 1+ yrs Connect-It experience o 1+ yrs Mercury Change Control Management o 1+ yrs Visual Basic experience (preferably including .NET experience) o Experience in implementing Service Manager or Service Center prefered o ITIL practice Critical Skills UNIX/Linux operating systems o Programming and/or scripting languages: C++, Java, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, VB Script, JavaScript, PERL, ASP o DB2 and/or Oracle familiarity o Webshere Knowledge o LDAP/Active Directory o Knowledge of federated databases Optional Skills: o RAD Experience o Reporting with Hypirion (Brio) o ITIL Foundation, Practitionor or Masters training o Mercury Application Mapping v6.x (HP uCMDB v6.x) o Tivoli TEC familiarity o HP Connect - it API Omni Resources, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
